    Jacobs has an opportunity for a Construction Program Analyst - Entry Level supporting our long-term project in Huntsville, Alabama.

    Position Description

    The Construction Program Analyst - Entry Level will work under the general direction of a Project Manager and/or Contracting Officer's Representative to support construction, design/build, architecture, and engineering projects. General responsibilities include:

    Act as the primary contact for construction program procedures and policies.

    Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of construction programs.

    Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment.

    Organize and utilize hard copy and electronic file management systems.

    Communicate and negotiate with clients, customers, and supervisors.

    Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective.

    Manage and expedite construction contractor Request for Information (RFI) inquires.

    Manage and expedite construction contractor submittals.

    Manage and track construction contractor design comments and responses.

    Manage and distribute project construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team (IPT).

    Provide budgetary support to the Project Manager (PM) through budget tracking.

    Create and manage project related requisitions.

    Document and manage lessons learned and risk logs.

    Answer customer or client inquiries.

    Perform additional tasks as may be required by superiors.

    Here's what you'll need :

    Qualifications

    An active TOP SECRET Clearance is a requirement for this position.

    Associates degree.

    1-3 years prior experience working as a program analyst or related field for construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects.

    Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.

    Strong oral and written communication skills.

    Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask.

    Reliable and diligent worker.
