Concessions Night Auditor, Progressive Field

The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservices is hiring seasonal Concessions Night Auditors to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Concessions Night Auditor, you will use your math and data entry skills to review and record concession stand transactions. Hours for evening baseball games are approximately 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Pay

$16.50 - $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Review worksheets from concession stands.

• Verify signatures, item totals, and amounts on the stand worksheet.

• Retrieve information from the stand folders for data entry.

• Maintain and print required reports.

• Retrieve and tally all stand worksheets, reports, and cashier reconciliation sheets.

• Assist with the distribution of folders and worksheets for the next game day.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to understand and follow directions.

• Good math skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.

• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to follow job procedures and any manager's instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Constant computer keyboard data entry with repetitive hand-finger motions.

• Constant sitting in a small office environment.

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.

• May be required to work in confined or narrow spaces.
