Start here Job Title Compliance Auditor Position Summary The Compliance Auditor is responsible for managing the internal and external audit programs. The Compliance Auditor will identify opportunities to improve the processes, raise these to quality management and assist in the implementation and improvement of these processes, in partnership with the other department. The Role + Supports activities of the Quality Manager, Customer Focus + Supplier Compliance- ensure supplier audit plan compliance + Self-Inspection - ensure compliance to the self-inspection program + Manage supplier change controls and deviations to drive to completion + Maintain Supplier Assurance website tracking systems and other means of communication as needed for audits and communications. + Lead Internal Audits for the site and provide support for corporate and client audits + Use and extract information from the following systems: Documentum, TrackWise + Quality/Technical Agreements - assist with compliance of Supplier QTAs. + Represent QA on project teams and other internal forums + Establish and update procedures where appropriate + Responsible for ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are consistently followed + Participates in customer audits when required. + Complete & maintain documentation + Performs other duties or tasks as requested or required by QA Management The Candidate + Bachelor's Degree is required. Certified Quality Auditor certification is preferred. + 1-3 years' of experience working in a pharmaceutical industry preferred. + Understanding of pharmaceutical procedures and GMPs + Good organizational skills related to management of associates daily activities + Good problem-solving skills and decision-making skills to identify and solve work-related issues + Prior experience working Manufacturing/Packaging/Quality Assurance. + Technical writing experience is preferred. + Knowledge and experience of Word, Excel, MS Teams, and MS Outlook is required + Experience in JDE is preferred + Experience in working with a high-paced distribution facility is preferred.
