  • Overview

    SOSi is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join our HR organization. The Compensation Manager will be responsible performing a full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of job analysis, job descriptions, evaluations, grading, and pricing to determine and convert relative job worth into monetary values to be administered according to pay-scale guidelines and policy. This role will provide compensation support to our business partners and lead compensation projects and processes to support the growth of the business, our employees and the company's overall mission.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Manages and administers the employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, bonus programs.

    • Develops strong partnerships with HR business partners, recruiting and business leaders in the organization to identify and solve compensation related issues.

    • Participates in a variety of compensation surveys to collect and analyze information.

    • Provide compensation recommendations for base and variable pay to ensure compensation decisions are driven by market data.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Minimum of five years of fulltime compensation experience.

    • Proven experience as a compensation professional, with a track record of designing and implementing effective compensation programs.

    • In-depth knowledge of compensation best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

    • Previous work in a Government Contractor environment.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex compensation concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to plan and prioritize work.

    • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Professional Certification.

    • UKG Pro experience.

    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.

    Work Environment

    • CONUS virtual or remote position.

    • May requires periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends when necessary.

    • Travel required to HQ office quarterly.
