As the Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiter for GAF's co-op and intern programs, your role will be instrumental in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent from universities, colleges, and technical schools. You will play a key role in analyzing data, establishing relationships, and implementing programs to support pipeline development, conversion goals, and the overall growth of the company.

    Essential Duties

    Recruiting

    • Manage the full cycle recruiting efforts for intern and co-op positions: including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and close out process

    • Support identification of university job seekers by utilizing recruitment technologies (CRM/ATS) and career center postings

    • Promote the GAF's brand and image on college campuses

    Campus Strategy and Relationship Management

    • Lead the development of GAF's campus strategy, including attraction, sourcing, selection, and development based on full-time hiring targets.

    • Establish governance for resourcing, marketing, and program curriculums.

    • Cultivate relationships with deans, faculty, career services, admissions offices, corporate relations offices, student leaders, and internal alumni to enhance outcomes and plan events to attract a diverse range of students.

    • Act as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for tech school relationship development.

    • Partner with Manufacturing Leads to develop relationships with key technical schools in support of recruitment activities.

    Campus Team Management

    • Manage the dispersed campus team structure to execute the recruiting strategy effectively, both nationally and locally.

    • Embed inclusion and diversity (I&D) into all campus priorities with clear metrics and expected outcomes.

    • Track and report on Advisory Board participation and other activities supported by GAF employees.

    Data Analysis and Strategy Development

    • Analyze data to develop meaningful recommendations for pipeline development of interns and co-op students based on hiring targets and conversion goals set by the business.

    • Assess the performance of universities and associations to determine overall effectiveness and make long-term decisions related to each school's impact on GAF.

    • Analyze current undergraduate recruitment programs, align them with business initiatives, and conversion goals.

    • Management and participation in other key staffing projects as necessary.

    Under This Roof, We Require:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    • 4+ years' experience in talent acquisition programs, campus recruitment, or university relations.

    • Travel to selected universities as needed; up to 40% travel may be required

    • Knowledge of inclusion and diversity best practices in campus recruitment.

    • Familiarity with tech schools and their programs is an asset.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
