Job Title: Junior Buyer

Location: Germantown, WI

Hours/Schedule: 1st Shift M-F 9am-5pm

Overview

A Leading Science company specializing in Health products, with a location in WI is looking to bring on a Buyer to join their team. Junior level candidates with 1+ years purchasing or supply chain e xperience please apply!

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers and raw materials.

• Enter and maintain supplier/vendor and manufacturers data in automated system.

• Server as liaison with all stakeholders to keep key projects running.

• Correspond on routine inquires with vendors and suppliers at the beginning and throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements

• Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and expedite effectively with vendors utilizing effective verbal, written, and analytical skills.
