Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• This position reports to the Business Financial Systems Manager and assists with the development, implementation, and support of business systems process improvement initiatives and training, as necessary. Helps to ensure efficient maintenance and operations of various financial systems by providing optimum functionality and data integrity. Assists with the implementation requirements for strategic business initiatives including new business, programs, and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• • Maintain daily business systems and implement system changes.

• Collect organizational data to improve systems and processes.

• Troubleshoot business systems issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately.

• Provide administration and support for critical business systems on a global basis.

• Implement process improvement initiatives of business systems.

• As assigned, conduct investigations and resolve critical systems issues.

• Provide support to compliance and auditors, including significant research, data mining/reports, and resolution of business systems questions as required.

• Provide instructions and general guidance to worldwide teams as needed to meet our reporting requirements.

• Reporting design, writing and maintenance

• Develop and maintain user procedure documentation.

• Prioritize, coordinate, and organize work to meet deadlines

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various levels of leadership

• Performs other duties, assignments and special projects as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Accounting/Business or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an ERP related position.

• Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of ERP experience at a publicly traded company preferred.

• Previous government, Cost, or DoD experience preferred.

• Previous analyst experience desired.

• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS and/or UKG Software desired.

• The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

• The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

• USD $ 55,000 - 95,000

• Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
