Responsibilities Job Summary The Digital Program Analyst III is a member within the Innovation and Digital Care Transformation (IDCT) team that is accountable for digital program engagement, valuation,process optimization,and ITD delivery support related to achieving identified program objectives. The Digital Program Analyst III acts as a subject matter expert for IDCT products and initiatives and will represent the department across multiple stakeholder groups as assigned. As a member of the IDCT team, the Digital Program Analyst III acts as a subject matter expert and is responsible for contributing to the development and continuous improvement of processes core to IDCT collaboration with clinical, business and ITD stakeholders. The Digital Program Analyst III(DPA III) is accountablefor digital program engagement, valuation,process optimization,and ITD delivery support related to achieving identified program objectives. They work with various requestors to identify resolve potential conflicts that may hinder realization of business value. The DPA III supports executives and business leaders at system and local levels on matters related to digital performance objectives and business value realization. They must be able to participate in discussions with cross functional teams to gain understanding of their business needs and translate that information into actionable opportunities for IDCT. The DPA III assists in the planning and documentation of short-term business goals and coordinates operational and program efforts in alignment with ITD processes. They identify opportunities for improved coordination for the initiatives and business processes they support. The DPA III develops meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, functional areas and entities across the organization. They have a keen understanding of key business, clinical and ITD processes, committees, governing bodies and decision makers across CommonSpirit Health. They serve as primary connectors and barrier removers to support the success of assigned digital programs. ~LI-DH Qualifications Education and Experience Required + Five plus (5+) years of relevant field experience required. + Experience in an IT or business role supporting healthcare or hospital/medical industry preferred. + Five plus (5+) years experience in a large corporate environment preferred. + Bachelor's degree required. Certifications + Lean Six Sigma certification preferred Required Skills + Ability to effectively communicate with customers including listening, asking relevant questions, and giving appropriate guidance and feedback. + Works independently with only general direction and minimal supervision. Uses skills and abilities to complete moderate complexity tasks, including deciding which processes to use. + Ability to interact and build strong relationships with all levels of the organization + Intermediate understanding of healthcare landscape and the related priorities of clinics, hospitals, practitioners and strategy leaders. + Demonstrated aptitude for learning new applications and technology. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. + Excellent presentation skills required. + Ability to actively participate in teams in a complex and matrixed environment and recognize opportunities to improve business value or coordination. + Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products. + Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines. + Employs intermediate concepts, practices, and procedures relating to process analysis and design. + Advanced ability to understand client expectations and to proactively resolve issues that impact the business. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
