Analyze the gap on supply, forecast, and drive for the resolution on the supply gap. Provide 3 years strategic analysis for the Executives. Work with a long-term perspective to address customer's needs. Collaborate with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals, corporate allocation teams, and others (Global Operations teams, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and CNBU). Review market trends; analyze and apply this information in development of strategies for individual market segments. Lead business process improvement. Work on new business initiatives, pilot programs, and regional rollouts based on results. Make, recommend, and implement adjustments and modifications. Proactively work to streamline processes and systems. Provide analysis and direction on key business decisions within the manufacturing planning process to ensure the correct product is built for the customers that we planned to support. Ensure supply availability for promotional activity planned with channel partners.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
