As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Sr. within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

    In this role, you will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Independent Risk Management (IRM) Training and Communications team. You will support the execution of the IRM Training and Communications Strategy, including developing content for department wide communications, partnering with subject matter experts to create training materials, building IRM training pathways and plans in iLearn. Additionally, you will partner with PNC University to design and implement training courses and events, and collaborate with Risk Teams to support the planning and execution of employee training programs.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
