Description Talent Manager Hiring Profile

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with business development in a metrics-driven environment. At least one with proven

success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment

• Proven experience working as a part of a team, collaborating with internal and external audiences

• Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses and

cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships

• Ability to overcome objections, negotiate with clients and candidates and be effective in closing job orders

• Ability to conduct difficult conversations and anticipate problems before they escalate

• Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

• Embraces and early adopter of modern technologies, including working knowledge of current Windows

Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management application (i.e., Salesforce)

• Industry experience within practice group preferred (finance, technology, legal, marketing, administrative, etc.) Requirements BPC - Business Planning & Control, Sales skills, Sales Strategy, Sales Support, Post-Sales Support, Client communications, Customer Service
