  • The Opportunity

    Delaware North is hiring a Business Development Associate to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Patina Restaurant Group's growth on projects that drive revenues by expanding the presence of the company and its brands globally.     Pay

    Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.     Responsibilities

    • Conduct real estate analysis and develop new business proposals and sales materials required for both internal stakeholders and external partners or potential partners

    • Assemble internal and external reporting related to new business initiatives and develop tools that shape growth strategies and analysis

    • Work with team members to develop project management solutions with sound methodologies, guidelines, and best practices

    • Manage scope, budget, and schedule through creating project plans andcommunicating tasks and milestone dates

    • Consistently identifycustomer needs and ensure the effective delivery of high quality and value-added solutions, products, and services

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • 3-5 years of experience in fine dining/restaurant managementor 2 years as a financial analyst in the hospitality industry, required

    • Must have restaurant and/or hospitality experience and and know the national restaurant players

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

    • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, experience with Smartsheet a plus

    • Facilitation skills to successfully organize and motivate an inter-disciplinary team to accomplish project goals in a tight timeframe

    • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
