    Job Overview:

    APTIM is currently seeking a ­­­­­Business Analyst Intern to work in our Madison, Wisconsin office that can assist on the Wisconsin Focus on Energy / Home Energy Rebate Programs program.s The Business Analyst Intern will also have the opportunity to work on various Energy Solutions team projects in support of the Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, and Energy Portfolio Managers.

    This is a temporary position.

    Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

    • Reporting and tracking program performance and metrics.

    • Performing a variety of tasks variety including the support and contribution of the analytics infrastructure for the entire portfolio via the data system, SPECTRUM

    • Support special projects requested by team program managers.

    • Assist with project reporting, scheduling and other issues as needed.

    • Conduct QA/QC of program processes and protocols, offering improvements and recommendations.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Junior/Senior or Graduate student attending an accredited educational institution pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Business Management, or related fields

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Critical attributes include exceptional organization, time management, multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or related discipline

    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed

    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

    • Must be local to office or willing to relocate

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
