Bookkeeper

Description

Seeking a Bookkeeper for a stable and busy office located near the Hialeah area. Team is seeking someone who is seeking a long term career role and join a dynamic group of individuals who all work in-sync with each other.

The duties for this role are

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations

• Support with payroll processing

• Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules

• Supervising accounting clerks and entry-level bookkeepers

• Preparing the trial balance

• Performing month-end closings

Requirements

Spanish is a must
