Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire on a Benefits Specialist for a large Automotive retailer in the Charlotte, NC area. This person will be responsible for:
Manage Teammate Benefit Email box
Responsible for Organization, tracking and follow up on Teammate emails: Monitor Box throughout the day, research and Respond to Teammate questions, Assign questions to other benefit staff members, Re-Route Questions to various departments
Dependent Verification & Life Event Process
Responsible for Dependent Verification Process: Approving enrollments, Monitor outstanding dependent verification & Life Events, Follow up to teammates regarding dependent verification and Life Events, Main point of contact for Life Event and Dependent Verification Questions
Company Perks: Deduction Upload Process, Monthly Reconciliation of Sonic Perks Deductions, Reconciliation and Upload of Payroll Contributions
Reporting/Auditing
Responsible for weekly benefit audits: Domestic Partner Child Audit, Bswift/UKG Reconciliation
Provide Support for other benefit team members

Skills and Requirements
Intermediate Excel skills - formulas
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong Organizational Skills
1-3 years of working experience in either benefits, HR, payroll, accounting, or customer serivce - HRIS experience
Bachelor's degree
Vlookups and pivot tables experience
been in a WFH environment before null
