Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Product Data Management Specialist (Level 3) to support the Product and Safety Services (P&SS) Regulatory Administration team based out of Long Beach, California.

This position is hybrid. This means the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations. Long Beach, CA. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.

• Identifies risk and opportunity potential and develops mitigation planning.

• Collects, organizes, archives and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

• Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.

• Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop project status. Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate.

• Sets up and maintains project plan overview of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Regulatory Administration Commodities (maintain/evolve existing database/metrics).

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of related work experience in program/ Data Management

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience working with regulatory agencies

• Ability to interpret large amounts of data

• Ability to collaborate in an integrated multifaceted environment.

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range Mid-Level Level 3 : $85,000-$115,000
