  • TITLE: Full-Time Recruiter (Automotive Aftermarket)

    LOCATION: Remote

    DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

    REPORTS TO:

    JOB SUMMARY:

    This Recruiter position will manage full cycle recruiting for our 4 Wheel Parts ® (4WP) retail store locations and will provide recruiting backup support for our distribution centers. Typical roles to fill will include salespersons, mechanics, utility workers, and warehouse associates.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Lead full talent acquisition process (source, recruit, hire) for 4WP retail stores bring top talent into the organization

    • Provide backup support for our distribution centers to fill critical staffing gaps

    • Use progressive & innovative sourcing strategies to meet the needs of dynamic retail & distribution work environments

    • Proactively build a talent pipeline for retail and distribution teams

    • Effectively manage and stay organized with a high requisition load (25-30 on average), including posting jobs, conducting phone screens, presenting candidates, dispositioning candidates, preparing offers, updating staffing reports, and providing weekly updates to leaders & HR

    • Build strong relationships and trust with business leaders in order to deliver results

    • Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and act with urgency daily to fill open roles

    • Drive a rigorous, efficient approach to talent acquisition process & practices

    • Provide an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

    • High school diploma required, additional schooling preferred

    • Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience; strong preference for retail recruiting experience

    • Experience in the powersports, off-road and/or automotive industry (parts, aftermarket, truck/jeeps) a plus

    • Knowledge of how to successfully identify, recruit and pre-screen automotive mechanics strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated success in managing high volume of hourly requisitions

    • Strong sourcing expertise

    • Must work with sense of urgency, deliver results, be highly responsive, and have a proactive approach

    • Highly organized and detail oriented

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
