Job Description
Pay Rates Starting between: $80,000 - $90,000 / year
The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and frontline support for team members
Essential Functions
Build and maintain successful relationships and partnerships within the organization
Maintain day-to-day tactical support for HRBP to include entering pay-changes, processing terminations and acting as front-line response for team member inquiries, directing to appropriate area within HR as needed
Support HRBP in executing HR centers of excellence (COE) program delivery to the organization, to include well-being, merit and bonus, talent review/succession planning, and policy revisions
Review and analyze HR analytics and metrics to effectively inform HRBP of areas of concern, in order to mitigate risk and improve culture
Review, track and take action on data associated with key COEs to include performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and merit/bonus planning and compliance completion
Support organization leaders in the creation of job descriptions
Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately
Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation
Model behaviors that support organization's common purpose
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred
3 years of Human Resources experience
Experience in a large organization preferred
