We are currently seeking a dedicated Membership Consultant who is passionate about improving lives of our seniors with our innovated healthcare provider in Omaha, NE.

Job Summary:

Membership Consultants are the primary evangelists of Health and grow our patient base in the communities we serve. Whether engaging directly with individual seniors in the community, organizing events to bring seniors together, or building effective partnerships with patient referral sources, our Membership Consultants are active and visible members of the community who ensure seniors gain access to the care they need

Responsibilities:

Drive new patient enrollment through direct engagement with seniors and community stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate local events to connect with potential patients.

Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and community providers.

Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify and cultivate new patients.

Provide exceptional customer service to enrolled patients to promote retention.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Sales or community relations experience required; healthcare experience a plus.

Experience working with seniors or medically underserved populations preferred.

Valid driver's license required.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 per year
