Provide strategic project management consultative services to division and KFHPW leaders and medical staff to improve business processes through internal policy and technical change. Provide information and analysis necessary for effective process and fiscal decision making. May supervise staff.

Provides variation & strategic analysis of cost and utilization data for divisional, KFHPW and/or medical staff leaders. Provides written reports or presents findings to leaders groups or committees. Facilitates decision making process. Leads implementation work groups/teams.
Provides strategic project management support in order to achieve identified divisional/KFHPW clinical, fiscal, service or quality goals. Works in collaboration with project sponsor, develops solutions and makes recommendations. Works with sponsor to ensure the successful implementation of selected recommendation(s). Defines & develops systems for monitoring and evaluating the success of the recommendation(s).
Develops reporting systems to meet the divisional/KFHPW leadership utilization, fiscal, quality and/or satisfaction monitoring and decision making needs.
May supervise analytical and/or administrative staff; may provide training and/or mentoring on the types & use of various analytical methodologies and the use of reports, data & new technology; and may advise, update & troubleshoot technology needs.
Master's degree OR six (6) years of experience in a directly related field.
High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) is required.
License, Certification, Registration
Extensive knowledge of division and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington work processes, standards, regulations, systems and regulations, and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington data systems.
Knowledge of financial accounting and analysis, data collection and analysis and statistics.
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Advanced critical thinking, organizational, decision making, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, presentation and project management skills.
Proficient with MS Office products and SAS; May require knowledge of Lotus Notes, HTML, SPSS, GQL, Visual Basic and other database programs and information directly related to the division or to the organization.
Familiarity with TQM, TQI, budgeting and medical terminology and practices.
