Accounts Payable Supervisor

Description

Are you unemployed and ready to start right away? I have the perfect opportunity for an Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage all escalations, conduct weekly team meeting with the staff and will report all final numbers to the Controller. The duties for the Accounts Payable Supervisor are as follows :

Duties are

• Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices

• Entering, posting and reconciling batches

• Researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors

• Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger

• Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks

• Preparing accruals and reconciling to the general ledger

• Maintaining cash requirements schedules and accounts payable aging analysis

• Performing general ledger posting and monthly/ year-end reconciliations

• Handling escalated vendor calls

Requirements

must have previous Supervisory skills

Degree: preferred but equivalent work experience is permissible

Spanish and English
