    Treasury Analyst

    job summary:

    Treasury Analyst for Large Technology Company, Sunnyvale

    Searching for a proven self-starter with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills; able to excel in a fast-paced environment; and efficiently manage projects from start to finish.

    responsibilities:

    • Supports banking operations, including managing openings/closing of bank accounts, bank account management data, and SAP Treasury master data, working with banking partners to optimize operational processes and collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate acquisitions.

    • Perform daily cash control, daily AP functions, bank reconciliations and provide weekly cash flow forecast of funding needs to Corporate Treasury ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes and controls are in place according to the corporate policies.

    • Manage relationships with third-party entities such as banks, accounting firms and third party suppliers in matters related to the Accounting, Treasury and AP activities and help to execute projects to localize financial systems.

    • Collaborate with In House Bank stakeholders to provide operational support on system enhancements, process changes, new account intake and configurations, controls, and inter-company settlements.

    qualifications:

    Mandatory

    • A proven self starter with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to excel in a fast paced environment and efficiently manage projects from start to finish.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Finance or 2-3 years experience working in a Corporate Accounting or Treasury setting, superb organizational and communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

    • At least three years of experience using SAP
