    The Work

    The Recruiting Manager is accountable for the success and strategic management of full lifecycle recruiters and screeners. In this role, you will mentor a team to enhance their skills, amplify their creativity and innovation, and encourage their professional curiosity and development. You will also collaborate with internal partners to understand, and proactively prepare for, their talent needs, while also educating and influencing the business on emerging market trends.

    Ultimately, you will focus on driving positive talent outcomes - hiring quality, partner advocacy, outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience, and positioning Kelly as a global leader in specialized workforce solutions.

    This is accomplished by...

    • Partnering with internal hiring managers to ensure delivery against current and emerging talent needs

    • Evaluating and assessing customers' recruiting needs to implement creative and effective sourcing and recruitment campaigns

    • Researching and evaluating tools, techniques, and strategies to assist recruiters in successfully/quickly filling requisitions

    • Developing proactive and customized specialized talent strategies

    • Identifying and leading appropriate enhancement projects and initiatives

    About You

    6+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of progressive management experience

    Passionate about championing the voice of the customer - candidates and hiring managers - and recommending corresponding improvements

    Strong leadership, problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills

    Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of recruiters

    Ability to develop specialized sourcing/recruiting strategies

    Experience crafting and leading diversity sourcing initiatives

    Excellent storyteller - proven track record of comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting data

    Demonstrable experience leading and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment

    Concise and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

    Experience using recruitment and sourcing technologies (applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter) and strong social media presence

    Advanced Microsoft Office skills

    Target Salary Range: $72,000 - $96,000
