Title Work Management Analyst AutoReqId 12568BR Functional Area Customer Service Experience Level 2-5 years 5-10 years Work Location Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA San Antonio, TX Irvine, CA Carmel, IN Full Time / Part Time Full Time Position Description The Long Range Planning Group develops and maintains the operational and mid-range planning for Shareholder Services (volumes, production and staffing). The team is responsible for leading the integration of analytical information into business decision-making through directional analysis, operational analysis, informational need identification, and education. This includes in-depth analytical analysis of operational results to identify data dependencies and develop statistical modeling for forecasting and scenario planning.
We are currently seeking an experienced analyst to join our team. The position will be based in Carmel, IN, San Antonio, TX, Irvine, CA, or Norfolk, VA and report to the Work Management Senior Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Organize and analyze data into actionable conclusions and recommendations for presentation to business owners in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner
* Actively participate in modeling, designing, and testing statistical models to improve the accuracy of volume and staff planning.
* Facilitate report production or data process development required to meet business needs
* Consolidate large, complex data and generate reporting with data that is translatable into action
* Support data governance processes through documentation, developing procedures, and identifying inconsistencies of usage Hiring Criteria Experience:
* Past experience using actuarial or statistical modeling
* Data mining experience with complex data from multiple sources
* Knowledge of SQL, MicroStrategy, R, SAS, SPSS (or other statistical program), advanced excel
Degree required:
* Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics or similar degree required
