Wire Transfer Clerk
Under general supervision, performs a variety of Wire Transfer functions necessary to support customer initiated Wire requests. Processes incoming, outgoing, domestic, international, foreign currency transactions and book transfers. Process customer wire requests initiated through CMConnect as well as requests received by fax. Processes Fedwires and Booked Transfers generated from incoming SWIFTsystem.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent. 1 to 3 yrs experience in a customer support or bank operations positions. 1 to 2 yrs experience working in a centralized wire room environment is helpful. Good computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office) programs. Strong oral and written communication skills and must be proficient in processing very detailed work.
