WFA Branch Ops Specialist 1 - Providence, RI
Responsible for taking direction and training on order entry and cashiering. Processes deposits and disbursements of client funds and/or securities; ensuring good delivery and accurate processing while receiving, prioritizing, transmitting and distributing security orders. Responsible for entering securities, payments, disbursements and orders into the system, preparing client receipts, and forwarding securities with any supporting documentation to the Home Office. Receives cross-training in all operational functions and provides coverage as required by workflow or associate absences.
Minimum Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills: -Proficiency in cashiering and/or wire operations; Possess strong analytical skills -2+ years of brokerage operations related business experience -Skilled in assessing investment related documents or client information to determine appropriate business and client resolution -Experience leveraging Smart Station or comparable investment service request related systems -Experience leveraging organizational skills to support branch and client needs, focusing on execution, accuracy and efficiency -College or advanced degree preferred
