Product development-manage development of Hedge Fund Group products: prepare term sheets; work with Legal and Fund Accounting on fund structuring issues; review legal documentation- Liaise with Risk Oversight Committee throughout approval process Marketing- create marketing materials for client and conference presentations and internal firm ate, revise and update fund-specific marketing presentations. Participate in development of marketing strategies. Investor relations-coordinate and edit PM quarterly fund letters. Supervise the organization and scheduling of quarterly PM calls with U.S. and offshore investors organize and coordinate annual PM presentations/dinners with investors (held in U.S. and Europe) respond to requests for proposal ("RFP"), including supervising the completion of RFP questionnaire and coordinating supporting documentation and follow-up organize and participate in on-site due diligence meetings with potential/existing investors and relevant Alliance personnel Performance reporting- supervise the reporting of fund performance to investors and external databases review weekly and monthly fund performance reports and monthly updates for al-obtain Legal/Compliance approval for all fund marketing materials and investor ise with Legal regarding organization of new funds and preparation of all legal documents, including solicitor's agreements, shareholder fee rebates and side cellaneous-work with Legal, Fund Accounting, PMs and other departments in firm to identify and resolve fund-, client- and Hedge Fund Group-related issues as they arise draft investor communications and Hedge Fund Group inistration- supervise two personnel: hedge fund analyst and administrative .
