Asset Securitization VP 

Prestigious International Financial Firm is seeking a VP for their Asset Securitization Department.

VP will support SVP in managing conduit matters for a ABCP Program with emphasis on documentation, compliance, operational and procedural matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate transaction closings and amendments, day-to-day operations
• Oversee documentation process including accuracy of documents to reflect credit approval and compliance with Manhattan program and legally acceptable for execution
• Create and promote (SI) Securities ABS products from scratch
• Communication structural concepts and operational details to third parties
• Manage internal and external relationships and provide further support to ASG as needed
• Will also provide periodic support in preparation of term sheet, prospectus, and documentation for corporate bond transactions as well as potential involvement in ABS transactions where ASG acts as arranger on behalf of Bank or other third party investors.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of ABCP conduits and ABS structures
• Experience in reviewing related documents and closing transactions
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Must be good at taking initiative and have good follow through
• Ability to manage multiple goals and deadlines at the same time.
