VP - ABS Origination / StructuringOur client, a top international Banking firm, is seeking a VP to join their Asset-Backed Securities Origination / Structuring team based in NYC.
Position Duties:
- Originate, structure and market Asset-Backed Securities to firm customers
- Create and promote Asset-Backed Securities from scratch
- Manage internal ABS team
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years experience originating, structuring and closing ABS transactions
- Strong product marketing and negotiating experience
- Strong knowledge of ABS products including the latest products on the market
- Ability to create a team in cooperation with existing staff members
- Travel and late work hours are required from time to time
Base salary to $130K + bonus
