Vice President of Sales US Wholesale

- Develop business and sales plans for the Los Angeles and New York sales staff.
- Recruit, develop and manage the regional sales managers and in-house salespeople as well as outside agents.
- Work with regional sales managers to set sales targets seasonally for each salesperson by account, and devise plan to ensure achieving targets.
- Implement replenishment programs with the major department stores.
- Approve all orders to ensure achieving objective of hitting projections, and selling across entire range of denim and sportswear before Customer Service enters into Oracle.
- Manage regional sales managers to drive their sales people's orders in, and get all bulk orders confirmed before their start dates.
- Provide President with weekly sales bookings report by salesperson, and weekly salesperson activity report.
- Continuously enhance brand image at retail through securing floor space with our fixtures, installing proper POS material and signage in every account.
- Work with -Key- accounts in developing and maintaining a shop program with dedicated in-store specialists.
- Work with new and existing Licensee's in customer introductions, combined product presentations, and other activities that may be required to maximize the brand exposure to retailers.
- Visit NY showroom and work with East Coast sales team monthly.
- Travel to the major accounts with the sales team as necessary to ensure proper presentation of company product.
- Work closely with Design team and Retail buying/planning/allocation team in developing a balance range plan to ensure we have the correct styles in each product category, and we are able to retail at target: entry, average, and high price points.
- Develop Merchandise Coordinator program, plan and implement to cover doors of major's across the country.
- Work closely with Marketing team to develop the ideal POS material and marketing needs to grow the brand rapidly.
- Responsible for selling all inventory purchased.
- Responsible for achieving sales budgets, gross margin budgets, and keeping travel and entertainment within budget.
- Work closely with Marketing Director, Director of Visual Merchandising and Director of Construction to ensure proper execution of trade shows.
