Vice President of Finance
Uline seeks a Vice President of Finance at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the CFO, direct and manage Uline’s 130-person Finance / Accounting team.
Oversee tax reporting, shareholder activities and publication of Uline’s annual report.
Analyze impact of general economic, business and financial conditions on company policies and operations.
Assist in major contract negotiations.
Establish, direct and coordinate budget programs for Uline’s Corporate and 10 Branch Operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and CPA. MBA preferred.
10+ years Management experience with a $1+ billion company.
CFO or Controller experience.
Experience working in a family-run organization preferred.
Public accounting experience preferred.
Strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
Excellent time management and communication skills a must.
Available for travel to Uline’s domestic and international branches.
