UTIO Controller

The Controller's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of the UTIO accounting team in Poland and monthly closing function.
- Ensuring that accounting for UTIO is completed timely and accurately including intercompany activity on a monthly basis.
- Be the focal point for all UTIO branch office accounting questions/issues.
- Ensure all statutory financial statements are completed and submitted on time.
- Review statutory financials for completeness and accuracy.
- Approve funding requests as appropriate.
- Creating policies and procedures relevant to UTIO.
- Conduct ACA reviews for UTIO Offices worldwide.
- Maintain excellence in management controls and accounting, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Facilitate ACE tool usage with team members to maintain ACE Gold.
- Significant involvement in special assignments.
