Job Summary


Ceridian is seeking a trilingual (Spanish and Portuguese) Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst in St. Petersburg, FL. The HCM Analyst is responsible for managing, leading and organizing the staffing, learning, compensation planning, performance management and talent planning processes for all applicable clients from kick-off through requirements gathering, systems development and production deployment.


**There are 4 HCM Analyst positions available**


Responsibilities:

* Primary consultant and subject matter expert for the HCM suite of tools, responsible for troubleshooting, consulting and enhancing the client experience, by guiding them through the applicable functionality, product release notes, enhancements and system fixes.

* As required, assigned day-to-day activities pertaining to projects, data loads, system testing, project tasks, client calls, etc.

* Assists customer with internal end-user support and customer procedures, as they pertain to the usage of the HCM product suite (GeoLeaning, Peopleclick and Success Factors).

* Responsible for monitoring/recognizing escalations, root cause analysis, and adhere to clients SLA's.

* Responsible for completing all system configuration changes and testing to ensure the application changes work as designed to meet client needs.

* Ability to manage multiple, concurrent ongoing client support and new client implementations and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

* Manage the Staffing, Learning, Compensation Planner, Performance Management and Talent Planning repeat cycle processes from kick-off through requirements gathering, systems development and Production deployment.

* Ensure standardization and consistency in the execution of the project management function within the HCM team.

* Responsible for documenting, revising project specific documnetation and product relese notes. Each project requires significant amounts of documentation, both internally and back and forth with customers.

* Responsible for maintaining all user procedure documentations to ensure all documentation were kept up to date and maintained on our internal team websites and client sites after any system changes or upgrades.

* Have an "I own it" attitude about deliverables and projects from start to finish.

* Assists with incident submittal & management with the Vendors Customer Support Portals.

* Serve as a mentor in functional matters to client teams and other staff members by providing business expertise and recommending best practices on the Human Capital Management applications.

* External Relationships - work directly with a team as well as directly with customers via the phone and have a good understanding of the technology and any trends in the marketplace and work with multiple cross-functional internal and external client teams.

* Process Improvements - participate as a SME in quality improvement projects and lead and support internal organizational change initiatives.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or equivalent experience desired.

* 3+ years Human Capital Management experience, preferably in a large, high volume, multi-state / multi-national environment.

* Trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese

* Proven excellence with communication skills (verbal, written & presentation skills) must be comfortable presenting to small and large groups, both internal and to customers. Prior customer facing and project management experience is required.

* Strong organizational skills, time management skills with multi-tasking ability, strong customer focus, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Additionally, any experience in Consulting or Project Management role is considered helpful.

* Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve moderately complex problems as they pertain to the services provided by the Human Capital Management Team.

* Proven composure & professionalism in pressure situations.

* Human Capital Management Certification preferred and Six Sigma experience is a plus.
