Job Responsibilities: (Description) Part Time Teledata Rep 24 hour work week - one of the following schedules: * Monday 12pm to 5pm / Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am - 5pm * Monday - Thursday - 12pm to 5pm * Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm * Enters payroll data received via telephone and fax into the payroll processing system. * Audits payrolls for accuracy. * Answers basic client questions regarding payroll including processing procedures and taxes. * Keeps an accurate record of client inquiries/changes in the client relationship management system. * Answers incoming client calls and/or makes outbound telephone calls to clients. * Completes all required information accurately and timely to ensure an accurate payroll for the client. * Updates client information as necessary. * Refers complex questions/issues to Client Services for follow-up and resolution. * Identifies clients that have not called-in payroll as scheduled. * Deletes client information and/or refers to Client Services for follow-up. * Other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): General office, customer service and/or data entry experience. Experience using the telephone in a high volume environment strongly preferred.
