We are currently looking to identify 2 experienced, competitive, and self-motivated individuals who have the drive and commitment to help our firm continue on it's fast growth path.



Our definition of a Professional Recruiter is a recruiter with at least 2 full years of national professional recruitment experience that includes a proven track record in the technical field.



Responsibilities will include:



- Ability to Source candidates who are not actively looking for employment utilizing web tools, referrals, and proactive recruiting techniques.



- Thoroughly pre-screen candidates to our firm standard



- Develop and build a strong pipeline of key talent within our clients' key skill catergories



- Interface with client Managers to clearly understand recruiting requirements and work environment



- Schedule candidate interview activities and coordinate job offers








Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

                                                

BS in Technology is preferred 



Two plus years of proven track record as a Professional Recruiter in the technical field 



MUST have proven experience in passive recruitment.



Must have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Software (ATS).



Excellent verbal and written skills are required.



Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to maintain confidential information.
