Technical Support Representative (NBA and NHL) (Sports Media/Graphics/IT)Responsible for the following:
Provide services to NBA and NHL with Gamestats network and IBM/NHL RTSS
Answer basic help desk phone calls and assist clients in resolving issues
Knowledge and maintenance of file upload/download
Test software, create bug reports and report to programmers
Requirements:
Ability to work nights, weekend and holiday
AA/AS computer related field or business support field
1 year Help Desk or equivalent work experience requires
Experience with Windows 95, 98, 2000 and OS/2 preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic database, spreadsheet, word processing and standard application knowledge required
Troubleshooting skills a must
Network knowledge preferred
Knowledge of network software preferred
