KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analyze customer input files and cleanse and standardizing when required; identify opportunities for improving match rates; work with sales partners to help provide additional value from the
input files.

2. Conduct analysis and review output files, derive insight from data to help sales position products and to help CCC and Specialists show customer value in presales and support.

3. Build relationships with Delivery consultants to maximize match rate and expedite matching requests; request input files from customers; run counts S&MS outputs, slice data for pricing

4. Conduct manual matching, web research and file build activities to help maximize revenue on key product (i.e. SMS calling)


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· 4 year college degree in Computer Science or the equivalent in practical experience.
· Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Access, SQL, and preferred experience in SAS and SPSS. Data processing experience or technical aptitude a plus.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
· Experience in modeling and statistics is a plus
· Strong communication skills over the phone.
