Tax Manager -CPA
Major industry leader has an immediate need for a Tax Manager . This position will be responsible for the management of the tax team, completing the tax compliance requirements (1120’s, 1120PC, 1120L, 5471’s), reviewing the ASC740 and SSAP 10R matters related to income taxes, preparation of the legal entity income tax provisions(foreign and domestic), tax research where needed, spear heading ad hoc projects with short notice, and staff management . Qualifications-
8-12 plus years of relevant tax experience with and insurance industry
