Growing company located in the Galleria area offers a highly challenging tax manager opportunity along with a great quality of life. The team includes some of the brightest individuals in Houston and due to the complexity of the work offered you will never be bored. The work in this role is 50/50 compliance and consulting.
Responsibilities include:
Review US federal tax compliance
Consult with management regarding acquisitions and divestitures
Prepare year end tax calculations and review estimated payments
Review ASC740 calculations for international projects
Coordinate and manage the information flow with external service providers
Read and summarize leases from a tax perspective during acquisition due diligence
Various tax research as required by Senior Tax Manager
Requirements:
Tax Manager
Five or more years tax compliance / consulting in a large firm
Bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited university
