We have been engaged to identify a Tax Director for a terrific global organization in their Philadelphia area headquarters. The Tax Director will be responsible for the national and international tax operations of the organization. This individual will be responsible for formulating tax policy, all tax audits, reviewing tax effect of all contracts, researching tax law, court decisions, tax accounting and all operations of the tax department. As a member of the executive team, they will advise senior management on all tax related matters.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting plus a CPA, MS Taxation or LLM Minimum 12 years experience including international tax (US taxation of international activities) Prior experience setting tax policy for an international organization Understanding of tax transfer pricing
