Principal duties as a Survey Industry Analyst:
* Market Data Analysis -- Performs analytical work for client deliverables. Understands data and compensation, and applies analytical judgment in preparing results, identifying potential trends. Has a strong understanding of the data, accuratelyinterprets and analyzes datafor use in results and client presentations/meetings. Provides input for the preparation of assigned project work plans and timelines; executes to established standards and processes. Peer review of client deliverables.
* Product Management -- Responsible for participation solicitation and tracking;assists withquestionnaire designandjob description development, andproduct/report design. Gains industry knowledge to contribute to industry and data insights for industry deliverables. Provides feedback for communication to the global product management team.
* Client Management -- Interacts with clients and provides their feedback to Industry Lead to help gain perspectives on how to enhance/improve current products. Solicits input necessary to meet client and industry needs. Assists with and/or attends individual and group client meetings. Conducts PayMonitor training. Assists clients with participation use of results as appropriate. Maintains good client relationships.
* Industry/Product Knowledge -- Provides input to help define and develop product strategy for assigned industries. Develops industry knowledge to support market data analysis.
* Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study.
* 1 - 2 years of experience in benefits, compensation, human resources, statistical analysis or related field a plus.
* Strong analytic skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, developing productive working relationships with diverse groups of people.
* Specific industry knowledge preferable.
