Overseeing our invoice processing and verification, resolution center, check generation and verification, mail/scan/index center, and ePayables
Ensuring operational efficiency and working with regional staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Supervising daily staff performance, and identifying and helping to implement process and customer service improvements
Recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, and developing your team members
Requirements:
Accounts payable experience in a centralized or shared services environment
P-card, ghost card, 1099, ACH and scanning/indexing experience
At least 3 years? related management experience
Lean Six Sigma/quality improvement experience a plus
Supply chain experience is preferred
A bachelors degree is preferred
