Accounting research of new transactions and contracts.
Preparation of related written documentation and memoranda.
Accounting related special projects will be required on an as needed basis.
Able to research and interpret accounting principles and pronouncements, and understand application to Company.
Assist with the accurate and timely reporting of all financial reports by working with the SEC reporting group where duties may include GAAP and SEC checklists, document control, cash flow preparation, or assistance with footnotes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
CPA license is highly desirable with 2 - 5 years of public accounting experience, with significant time devoted to public filers, preferably in the technology or consumer products industries.
