Primary responsibilities of this position include a full range of accounting duties to include, but not limited to:
Managing the accounts payable process including, tracking of purchase orders, invoices and cash disbursements; monthly credit card purchase reconciliations; preparation of journal entries; reconciliation of month and year-end reports; preparation of financial statements and balance sheet reconciliation. This position will also execute and perform annual projects to include budget preparation; certified audit process; procedural and process audits and other special projects as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
1-2 years accounting experience
Ability to adhere to Fiscal policies and procedures
Ability to adhere to GAAP
Must be detailed oriented with the ability to provide accurate and timely information
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
A strong sense of maturity and responsibility are required for this job
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent computer skills - must have strong proficiency in Excel
Must be highly confidential
Association experience is a definite plus
Will be required to represent the Association in key community events as assigned
