Job Description
As an integral part of the Leasing Services Hardware Analysis team, this position is responsible for understanding and implementing all specialty contracts or deals submitted. This includes financial review and appropriate system set up per the customer agreement as well as any supplemental requests from the customer or field. The Senior Analyst should be able to provide analysis and suggestions to Sales Force to correct issues. This position is responsible for all training of new personnel, developing new and refresher training programs and updating training materials. This position is responsible for review of all analyst work in conjunction with the audit procedures in place for the department. This position will partner with IT and any other applicable business functions to ensure testing and implementation of applicable systems upgrades, as well as any new process improvements.
•Maintain all duties and responsibilities associated with job qualifications defined for a Sales Operations Analyst.
•Proven track record to promote operational efficiencies and process improvements.
•Act as main point of contact for training of all new personnel. Coordinate training activities (new or refresher) with other analysts in the group.
•Assist in the maintenance of the SOP's for the department.
•Run and maintain the accurate reporting of the backorder report each month.
•Provide ad hoc reporting out of Access and other applications.
•Provide systems support and testing for all system enhancements.
Job Requirements
Master and perform all responsibilities of the Sales Contract Analyst. Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, time management, interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills are critical. Solid understanding of process flows cross functionally, as well as each team intersection. On-going responsibility for coordinating and completing multiple projects in a matrix environment is required. Previous contract analysis and a strong financial understanding of the Hardware Business are required. Knowledge of contracting and pricing processes, as well as leasing profit model. Demonstrated abilities using Baxter systems: Microsoft applications, JDE, BAM and proficiency in Access. Is self-motivated and has the ability to work independently with little direction.
A Bachelors of Science degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent 4-8 years of experience in related field preferred.
