Job Description:
Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/QA Lead - Web (6 month Contract) Department: Information Technology, Web Services This position reports to: Manager, IT Web Services
Summary:
Plan, lead, execute and document test efforts for the Salesforce CRM project. Must have excellent communication and strong leadership skills, able to identify critical issues, organized and lead issue prevention/resolution meetings to keep project on target. Must have experience in testing web applications with good understanding of web information architecture, different browsers/mobile devices and industry best practices for Web navigation and usability.
Responsibilities:
. Developing test strategy/test plan and test cases based upon business requirements/design specification. Ensuring that testing stages follow established QA methodology . Executing test cases and managing defects . Facilitating test plan walkthroughs, test cases and test results review sessions with the project team . Track and provide test progress status report on a regular basis . Creating a testing analysis summary, traceability matrixes to assist with project decision making . Plan, design and develop test automation
Qualifications:
. Minimum of 5 year experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role . Excellent documentation, communication and facilitation skills; Self-Starter; Highly-Organized; Detail-Oriented . 5+ years of hands on experience in in QA Testing methodologies, developing Test Strategy/Test Plan, test cases and executing test cases . Experience with issue management, defect lifecycle and root cause analysis techniques . Experience with test automation and tools such as Microsoft Test Professional and TFS would be an asset
