Overview:
Capstone's Military Civil Operations division is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as a Management Analyst at our client site in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
* Supports the INSCOM G3 in the areas of Force Management, Force Integration, Force Design, Manpower Studies and Analysis and Transformation. * Supports Future and Current Force Management Planning efforts. * Utilizes the Total Army Analysis and TRADOC requirements determination process to support combat development functions and analyses on organizations and operations to determine Doctrine, Information, Training, Leadership, Development, Organization, Material and Soldiers (DITLOMS) shortfalls. * Recommends solutions and courses of action for DITLOMS shortfalls.
Basic Qualifications:
* Ten (10) years experience supporting Army Manpower and Force Management programs. * Three (3) years experience at the Command Level or higher. * Must have experience with Department of the Army Total Army Analysis (TAA) and TRADOC processes. * TS/SCI required.
