Sr.Financial Analyst (Sports Management/Finance)
ú Assist in the development and analysis of our company's Strategic 3-Year Operating Plan. ú Assist in the development and analysis of our company's Annual Budget. ú Analyze monthly business results against budgets and operating plans, and synthesize/communicate results effectively to business partners/Executives within our company. ú Manage the preparation of the monthly Capital Committee review. ú Drive the preparation of the monthly consolidation forecast for our company. ú Provide analytical support to our company's functional departments in budget/performance management, and ad-hoc decision making. ú Work with business managers to quantify long-term business plans, and adapt them into long-term financial plans. ú Work with cross-functional teams to build out the rolling forecasting, reporting & analysis capabilities of the Hyperion financial forecasting system. ú Drive ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
ú BA/BS in finance/accounting/economics/international business ú MBA preferred ú 5-6 years experience working in an analytical capacity. ú Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. ú Hyperion systems experience preferred. ú Strong math/analytical skills. ú Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. ú Demonstrated ability to solve problems, work well with cross-functional groups, including Executive Management.

ú Previous experience in the following areas a plus: ú FP&A ú M&A ú International assignments ú Sales analysis ú Manufacturing/cost analysis ú BW & Hyperion experience.
