Broaden and deepen the lines of business use ofrisk analytics and ensure continuous improvements to provide competitiveadvantages and enhanced portfolio quality, growth, and profitability. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functionsfor this job. Other Duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are notmentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Plan andmanage multiple risk analytics projects, including large, "first of itskind" and complex projects. 2. Design and manage creation of new analyticalprocesses. 3. Oversee and consult on compliance with Model Risk Policy andnegotiate compliance issues with Enterprise Risk Management. 4. Buildconsultative relationships with multiple Lending Group lines of business, otherareas of the bank and externally (such as peer bank analytics groups). ilitate the identification of key risks and develop portfolio metrics tomeasure and track credit risk and return on risk, including portfoliodashboards. 6. Support the development of portfolio delinquency and lossforecasting models, portfolio modeling including migration analysis, vintageanalysis and early warning indicators for the lines of business. 7. Identifyincremental and breakthrough advances in analytical tools and methods and leadevaluation and implementation. 8. Act as mentor; accelerate development of staffand Team Leaders. 9. Broad exposure to,and proficiency in, all aspects of risk analytics including predictive andportfolio modeling, parameter estimation and model validation 5. Proficient PCskills (Microsoft Office) 6. Advanced skills with risk analytics softwareincluding SAS Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, Risk Dimensions and Base SAS(programming) 7. Comprehensive understanding of multiple lines of business,including business objectives and strategies, value chains, and lending and riskmanagement processes 8. Ability to speak fluent English 9.
