Sr. Business Analyst-
Description The candidate will be responsible for the following: • Serve as Business liaisons for the Global banking development team • Consult with the business and management to define the scope and objectives of the deliverables • Conduct project meetings and follow up on any business requirement issues/clarifications • Analyze complex data and identify trends to advise on or recommend business improvements and customer solutions • Co-ordinate with various technology groups within Citi to identify key contacts and • Collaborate and assist in the design of the front end user interfaces, interactive procedures / tools and the overall solution • Coordinate with management to determine project and task resource assessment, sizing, prioritization and timelines • Perform User Acceptance Testing of the deliverables • Performing functional and technical design
Qualifications
Primary Skill (Technical Skill) • 5+ years of Banking experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Mastery of business procedure, data analysis and writing techniques • Detail oriented with strong analytical and probing skills • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills • Team oriented, accountable, self-motivated, & disciplined • Proficient with MS Office Tools • Leadership and Project Management skills
Optional (Technical Skill) • Understanding of data warehouse solutions and data delivery, reporting techniques is a big plus.
